Terms of Service

1. Who we are

The Woman Warrior Blueprint™ (the "course") and this website are run by Zoée Hablot, Muay Thai coach ("we", "us"). You can reach us at contact@zoeehablot.com or on WhatsApp (+44 20 3873 1053).

These terms apply when you buy the course or use your student account. By ticking "I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy" at signup you accept them. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. What you get

• The video course: 7 focused Muay Thai training videos, with lessons, exercises and assignments inside your student account.
• PDF summary sheets for every video.
• One personal 1-on-1 onboarding call with Zoée Hablot by video call, booked through the booking link we give you. If you can't make your slot, please reschedule through the same link or let us know as early as you can.

Everything is digital: nothing is shipped, and no gym or equipment is needed. You need an internet connection and a device that can play video.

3. Price and payment

The price is shown on the page and again at checkout before you pay. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Any taxes that apply are shown at checkout. Your bank may add its own currency-conversion fees.

4. Access and your account

After payment you get access to the course in your student account straight away. You sign in with your email address using a one-time link or 6-digit code, so keep access to that inbox secure.

Lifetime access means you can use the course for as long as we offer it on this platform. We keep improving the lessons, so content may be updated or reorganised over time. If we ever have to close the course platform, we will tell you by email at least 30 days in advance.

5. Personal use only

The videos, PDFs and other materials are protected by copyright. Your purchase gives you a personal licence to use them. Please don't:

• share your login or let other people use your account;
• download, record, copy, re-upload or post the videos or PDFs publicly;
• resell the course or use it to teach paid classes.

If an account is clearly being shared or the content redistributed, we may suspend access after contacting you.

6. Train safely

Muay Thai is a physical, full-contact martial art. Check with a doctor before starting if you are pregnant, injured, recovering from surgery, or have a heart, joint or other medical condition. Warm up, train in a safe, clear space, and stop if something hurts. The course is education and coaching, not medical advice.

Self-defence skills improve your options, but no course can guarantee your safety in a real confrontation. Results shown on our pages are individual client outcomes and are not a guarantee of your results.

7. Refunds

Our 30-Day "Was It Worth It?" Guarantee: if you genuinely feel the course didn't help, email contact@zoeehablot.com within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. The details are in our Refund Policy. The guarantee is in addition to your rights under consumer law.

8. Emails and messages

We send you the messages you need for your purchase: your access details, sign-in codes, coach feedback on your assignments and your certificate. Training tips and offers by email or WhatsApp are only sent if you opted in, and you can opt out at any time from your account page or by replying "stop".

9. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep the course available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" and short interruptions can happen. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the course. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change materially affects a purchase you have already made, we will tell you by email before it applies.
